eFiling General Information
Howard C. Forman, Broward County Clerk of the Courts for the 17th Judicial Circuit, is pleased to announce that the electronic filing (eFiling) of all new Civil case types (Circuit Civil, County Civil, Family, Mental Health and Probate) and new pleadings on existing Civil cases will become mandatory for attorneys beginning April 1, 2013 per Florida Supreme Court Order SC11-399 and Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.525. This does not apply to pro se litigants at this time. Pro se filers (individuals respresenting themselves) are not required to eFile court documents.
