How can I obtain information on Juvenile cases?

The Clerk of the Courts Juvenile Division is located at the Broward County Central Courthouse, Judicial Complex West Building, 201 SE 6th Street, 5th Floor, Room: 05180, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 and is open from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding Courthouse Holidays.

Pursuant to Florida Statute, Chapter 39, due to the confidential nature of cases involving Juveniles, information will not be given over the telephone. Information regarding Juvenile matters will only be made available to the juvenile, the juvenile's parents, the child's caregiver, guardian ad litem or the juvenile's parent's attorney of record. For access to information contained in the court file, the person must appear in person with proper picture identification at the Broward County Central Courthouse, Judicial Complex West Building, Juvenile Division, 201 SE 6th Street, 5th Floor, Room: 05180, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, during normal business hours. We accept cash, money orders or cashier checks. To reset a hearing, the parties involved must notify the judge assigned to the case.
