General Information
eTrack Service

Track court cases and receive "Case Notifications" and "Hearing Reminders"!



eTrack is a case tracking service which enables you to track Civil, Family, Probate, Felony, Traffic and Misdemeanor cases filed in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County, Florida. Tracking cases will allow you to receive "Case Notifications" and "Hearing Reminders" by email.


Functionality of eTrack includes:

  • The "My Cases" web page will display all the cases you are tracking by court type and allows easy access to case detail for the cases you are tracking.
  • The "My Calendar" web page will display all the future hearings for the cases you are tracking.
  • The "Maintain My Cases" web page will allow you to edit case settings or delete cases from tracking.
  • The "Manage and FAQ's" web page will allow you to manage eTrack settings and view Frequently Asked Questions on how to use eTrack.



"Case Notifications" will be sent via email for activity changes on the following case docket types:

  • Events (including documents filed via the e-portal)
  • Disposition Events
  • Hearing Events (including Cancellations and Rescheduling’s)
  • Judgment Events
  • Case Status Changes
  • Case Assignment (Judge Assignment) Changes



"Hearing Reminders" can be sent via email for 1, 7, 15 or 30 days before a Hearing Date.

Free Trial!

1 Unit per Case per Day

The free trial allows you to track 3 cases per day for 30 days. After you use the trial units, you will need to purchase additional units to continue using the service.

As of September 19, 2016, the cost is $0.10 per unit.

  Q. How do I subscribe to eTrack?
Step 1

Click on the "Subscribe Now" button on this page. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in or register for new account if you do not already have one.

Next, read and accept the terms and conditions and click Continue.

Step 2

After the service has been added to your account you can access it from the My Services page or the My Services drop down in the main menu.

  Q. How much does it cost to subscribe to eTrack?

A. Subscribing to eTrack is free to try. You will receive trial units that allow you to explore and try out the service. Once your trial units have been depleted you will need to purchase additional units to continue using the service.

  Q. What are "Case Docket Updates"?

A. Case docket update reminders are emails you elect to receive each time the case is updated in the Clerk of Courts system. Case Docket email reminders will only be forwarded to the email address(es) you have on file for your eTrack account.

  Q. What are "Hearing Reminders"?

A. Hearing Reminders are emails you elect to receive for a predetermined number of days before a hearing is scheduled. You have the option of choosing whether a reminder is sent 1, 7, 15 or 30 days before the hearing date. Hearing email reminders will only be forwarded to the email address(es) you have selected on the case you are tracking.

  Q. Do I need to be an attorney to subscribe to eTrack?

A. No, anyone can subscribe to the eTrack service.

  Q. Can I add more email addresses for case notifications and email reminders?

A. Yes, once you have subscribed to eTrack, you can add as many email addresses as you like to the eTrack service.

  Q. How often do I get Case Notifications and Hearing Reminders?

A. Case Notifications are sent twice a day, at 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Hearing Reminders are sent once a day a 6:00 AM.

How do I register for a new account?

Step 1
When you are on the My Account page, click on the Register Now button and complete the registration form. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click Register.
Step 2

You will then receive an email at the address you provided during the registration process. This email contains a link to complete your new account registration. After clicking the link in the email you are ready to log in.
