General Information
Registered User Service

Gain additional access to cases which contain non-confidential information!

Pursuant to the Florida Supreme Court, Registered Users may gain secure access to non-confidential electronic Family and Probate court documents through a username and password as outlined in the Standards for Access to Electronic Court Records and Access Security Matrix.

Registered Users may subscribe now to:

  • View non-confidential Family, Guardianship, Mental Health and Probate electronic court documents.
  • Purchase viewable non-confidential Family, Guardianship, Mental Health and Probate electronic certified documents.

If you are unable to locate or view copies of court documents online, submit a Court Records by Request to the Archives division, or come in-person to the division in which the case is filed.

ATTENTION ATTORNEYS: If you are a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, you should subscribe to the "Attorney of Record Access" service. Attorneys gain a higher level of access to case information not provided with the "Registered User Access" service.
