Pursuant to the Florida Supreme Court, Registered Users may gain secure access to non-confidential electronic Family and Probate court documents through a username and password as outlined in the Standards for Access to Electronic Court Records and Access Security Matrix.

If you are unable to locate or view copies of court documents online, submit a Court Records by Request to the Archives division, or come in-person to the division in which the case is filed.
ATTENTION ATTORNEYS: If you are a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, you should subscribe to the "Attorney of Record Access" service. Attorneys gain a higher level of access to case information not provided with the "Registered User Access" service.
Click the Subscribe Now button on this page. On the My Account page, click Register Now to create a new account.
NOTE: If you already created a user name and password, Log In and select the type of service you would like to subscribe to from the eServices web page, or dropdown menu.
On the Account Registration page, refer to the Registration Tips on how to enter a user name, password and a valid email address. Read and Accept the Website Disclaimer and click Register.
Once your account has been created, an email will be sent to the email address you provided when you created the account. This email contains a link to activate your account. You must click on the Confirm your email account link to activate your account.
NOTE: If you are unable to locate the email sent to you, check your spam/junk emails, or check to see if you have the spam filter activated. If so, please remove the email address noreply@browardclerk.org, so you may receive an email from us.
Once your account has been activated, log back into your account, accept the terms and conditions, then click Continue to add the Registered User Access.
Click Registered User to perform a search by Party Name or Case Number.
A. A Registered User is someone who creates an online account for the purpose of viewing non-confidential electronic court documents.
A. As a Registered User, you agree to certain terms and conditions, including "to ensure that only the Registered User has knowledge of the assigned user login and password". Please read the Registered User access Terms and Conditions carefully.
