Evidence for Sale

The Clerk of Court is accepting bids for six (6) Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) Control Decks, which are being offered for sale individually.

The property is being sold pursuant to section 28.213, Florida Statutes, Disposal of Physical Evidence Filed as Exhibits.

All sales are final. The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

  • Minimum opening bid: $90.00
  • Bidding period: August 11, 2026, through September 11, 2026
