A. Click on the My Account link in the upper right corner of the web page, then click on the Register Now button and complete the registration form. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click Register. An email will be sent to the address you provided during the registration process, which contains a link to complete your registration. After clicking the link in the email you are ready to log in.
Note: If you do not receive the email, look in your span and junk email folders. If you have a spam filter activated, remove the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
A. Click on the Subscribe Now button on the About Attorney of Record Access page. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in or register for a new account. Read and accept the Attorney of Record terms and conditions and click Continue. Enter your information in the requested fields and click the button to print and save your registration agreement. Read and complete the form and have it notarized by a licensed notary public. Scan the Registration Agreement using an optical scanner and save it to a file in a folder on your computer. Attached the scanned agreement to an email and send it to PublicAccessHelpDesk@browardclerk.org. Once we receive and process your request, you will be notified via email.
A. An Attorney of Record is defined under Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.505.
A. Attorney access to cases is dependent on current standing with the Florida Bar Association, which the Broward County Clerk of Courts verifies daily. Access to a case is also dependent on whether the requestor is an Attorney of Record. If you are not validated as being in good standing, your Attorney of Record Access will be suspended. Also, as a Registered "Attorney of Record" User, you agree to certain responsibilities, including "to insure that only Registered User has knowledge of the assigned login ID and password". Please read the Registration agreement carefully.
